The photograph is received to analyze the space described by the user and, where appropriate, generate a visual simulation. The temporary copy stored on the CómoLoHago.online infrastructure is not incorporated into the WordPress Media Library and is deleted upon completion of processing.

To provide this feature, the photograph, the text of the query, and associated data may be sent to OpenAI via its API platform to generate the analysis and/or simulation.

Data may be processed, to the extent necessary, by service providers that assist in operating the site, including:

• o2switch, a web hosting and infrastructure provider;
• OpenAI, a technology provider used by CLH IA Hogar for artificial intelligence functions;
• email, security, caching, analytics, or consent management providers active on the site;
• public authorities when there is a legal obligation to provide information.
